Parcels from Non-EU Countries (UK, USA, Japan, China, South Korea)
- A 21% VAT import tax applies to all shipments, calculated based on the total shipment value, including all related costs.
- All parcels from non-EU countries are subject to an administration fee:
Parcel value from €0.00 to €150.00 – €8.99.
Parcel value over €150.00 – €29.99. - All parcels from non-EU countries are subject to a content check fee by PirkEU – €2.00.
- All parcels from non-EU countries with a value exceeding €150 may be subject to customs duties depending on the product category.
- Prohibited items listed in section 3.4 of the rules, e.g., perfumes, alcohol, tobacco products, etc., are not transported. In the case of parcel returns or reshipments, a €20.00 parcel administration fee applies if the customer provides a label with an ordered courier pickup. If the parcel label is arranged by UAB “Pigu Perku Group”, the customer must also cover the shipping costs.
- For shipments from the USA, Japan, China, and South Korea, volumetric weight applies (length*width*height / 5000 = volumetric weight). The final price is calculated based on the actual or volumetric weight (the greater value applies).
- Parcel size and weight are limited in these countries:
For shipments from the USA, the maximum parcel size is 72 x 48 x 40 cm, and the weight limit is 100 kg. - For shipments over 300 kg from non-EU countries, please contact us at [email protected]
- Parcels from Japan containing integrated lithium batteries are subject to an additional €10.00 fee.
- Food supplements for personal use can ONLY be ordered in quantities of UP TO 10 UNITS.
Non-standard Packages
If the total length of all sides is equal to or greater than 180 cm, or if one side is equal to or longer than 120 cm -> a 1.4 weight coefficient is applied. If the total length of all sides is equal to or greater than 300 cm, or if one side is equal to or longer than 200 cm -> a 1.5 weight coefficient is applied. Example: if a parcel measures 100x100x10 and weighs 30 kg -> it will be charged as a 39 kg parcel.
The maximum length of one parcel side when shipping via couriers is 3 m. If a parcel side is longer than 3 m, additional fees may apply. Please contact PirkEU customer service before ordering a shipment longer than 3 m. You can calculate the shipping price here:

Parcel Collection
Parcels in Lithuania can be collected in Kaunas and Vilnius, or delivered via SmartPost/Omniva couriers to SmartPost/Omniva parcel lockers. For courier delivery, parcels weighing over 30 kg are delivered only to the first-floor door. To have parcels delivered to higher floors, an additional handling service is required (service fee: €25.00).
If parcels are received without packaging, without a box, or improperly packed, an additional repackaging fee may apply.
Parcel Insurance
Parcel insurance rates:
€5.00 - for parcels valued up to €100.00.
€10.00 - for parcels valued up to €500.00.
€15.00 - for parcels valued up to €1000.00.
€20.00 - for parcels valued up to €1500.00.
€25.00 - for parcels valued up to €2000.00.
€30.00 - for parcels valued up to €2500.00.
€35.00 - for parcels valued up to €3000.00.
€40.00 - for parcels valued up to €3500.00.
€45.00 - for parcels valued up to €4000.00.
€50.00 - for parcels valued up to €4500.00
Parcel Collection from DHL Terminal in Germany
If a parcel is left at the DHL terminal in Germany, the collection fee is €10.00 per parcel. Collection is available ONLY from this terminal (DHL Filiale Dr. Wilhelm-Külz-Straße 14, 15562 Rüdersdorf bei Berlin).
Storage Conditions
Customer parcels received at the PirkEU warehouse are stored free of charge for 20 calendar days from the moment the parcel status changes to "Parcel at sorting center, prepared for shipping/collection". After this period, a storage fee of €1.00 per parcel per day applies.
Consolidation Fee
The parcel consolidation service fee is €0.99, applied from your second parcel onwards, for each parcel. Consolidation is not performed between EU and non-EU shipments. Parcels can be consolidated abroad or upon arrival in Lithuania. Parcels cannot and will not be stored abroad. All parcels are dispatched at the earliest scheduled departure. You can also store parcels for 20 days free of charge. After this period, storage fees apply: €1.00 per parcel per day. After placing and paying for an order, modifications are not possible: no additional parcels can be added, split, or otherwise modified.
Discounts
Loyal customers sending from 100 kg per month or more of Euro-pallet-sized shipments may receive discounts. Please contact customer service for details.
Additional Services in POLAND
- The parcel collection service is provided from the INPOST parcel locker located at Bakałarzewska 90, Suwałki, 16-400.
The parcel locker name is Moya Paczkomat SUW06N.
The collection fee is 3 EUR. - The recipient must send the parcel collection details (tracking number, PIN code, indicated phone number, and address) by email to [email protected]
Parcel collection is carried out on the next business day after the required information is submitted by email.
