Frequently asked questions
Why do I have to confirm my identity?
Identity verification system allows to ensure security against persons seeking to make a profit by deceit. The person who asserts his identity assumes responsibility for the content of parcel.
What should I do if I don't see the shipment in my account?
You should check if the shipment has already been delivered to a foreign warehouse and if so, the shipment must be registered within 24 hours. If the shipment has not been registered within the specified time, you should contact customer service, indicating the shipment tracking code and which courier service delivered the parcel.
What shipping method should I specify in the online store to ship the parcel to your warehouse?
Parcel to our warehouse should be delivered directly by courier, other delivery methods are not available. If the parcel will be delivered to a self-service parcel terminal or collection point, we will not be able to pick up the parcel. In some countries we offer additional pick up services. Read about it in page - "Services".
I want to order the item from the third countries, is it possible?
Yes, you can order goods from these third countries: the USA, the United Kingdom and Japan. Please make sure to enter the address of our warehouse in that country when placing your order. Please note that shipments from third countries to our European warehouses are not accepted.
How long can I store parcels in your warehouse?
You can keep shipments in our warehouse for up to 20 days for free (after the deadline (20 days) you will be charged with a fee). Not withdrawing a shipment for 2 months will result in shipment disposal.
Courier tried to deliver my parcel to your warehouse, but it was not accepted. Why?
Warehouse workers do not accept parcels if they see that parcel is damaged/opened or if courier asks to pay parcel delivery/customs fee.
Can my parcel be picked up by another person?
Yes, of course! The person picking up should know the order number and the parcel will be handed over at the collection point.
