Why use our return service?
Use the seller’s free return option
If the seller has provided a free return label, you can use it to return the item from our warehouse in Germany, Poland, or Latvia. If the seller has not provided a free return option, the item will be shipped according to the rates set by the parcel delivery service in Germany, Poland, or Latvia.
Returns to France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and the Czech Republic are sent directly from our warehouse in Lithuania to the seller via SmartPosti.

How should you prepare a return parcel?
Pack the item securely and clearly indicate on the parcel:
- your BuyEU customer ID;
- the country to which the parcel is being returned.
If you have a free return label provided by the seller, place it inside the parcel and mark on the outside of the package that the label is enclosed.
Free return labels can only be used in Germany, Poland, and Latvia. In this case, you will only pay for delivery of the parcel from Lithuania to our warehouse abroad.
Where should you deliver the parcel?
You can hand over the return parcel at our Vilnius or Kaunas pickup points.
If you send the parcel to us by courier, use the following address:
- Europos pr. 96, LT-46351, Kaunas
When do return parcels leave?
To Germany:
- from the Vilnius pickup point – bring the parcel by Tuesday if you want it to leave the same week;
- from the Kaunas pickup point – bring the parcel by Thursday.
To Poland and Latvia
Return parcels are dispatched every business day.
If the return is paid
Once the parcel has been assigned to your account, you will be able to provide the return details when creating the order for payment.
You can pay for the return service in your pirkeu.lt account, under “Return parcels”.
The parcel will only be handed over for return after payment has been received.
Parcel size and weight limits
For paid returns:
- maximum dimensions – 60 × 40 × 40 cm;
- maximum weight – 30 kg.
If the parcel is larger, contact our customer service team and we will calculate the return price individually.
There are no size restrictions for returns using a free return label, but the parcel weight should also not exceed 30 kg.
IMPORTANT! We do NOT process returns to third countries – the United Kingdom, Japan, or the USA.
