To start using pirkeu, you need to create an account. Enter your e-mail address, password, first name, last name, address, phone number and age. Don't forget to tick that you agree to the terms. We'll confirm your registration by e-mail.
To use foreign warehouse addresses, you must verify your identity. Click "Verify identity", choose a payment method and pay €1.00. Your first and last name must match your bank details – only then will we confirm your account.
After verifying your identity, you'll see the foreign addresses assigned to you (in Germany, Spain, England, Poland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, etc.). When ordering purchases, always provide the exact address, your first and last name, and your customer number (ID). This ensures the parcel reaches your account.
When a parcel reaches Lithuania, its status in your account becomes "Parcel at the distribution centre". Then pay for the services and choose delivery – to a parcel locker, by courier, or pickup in Kaunas or Vilnius (up to 30 kg). Once we receive payment, we ship the parcel immediately and notify you by e-mail and in your account.
